Lifestyle Furniture has 3-time frames for delivery:
10 AM-2 PM
12 PM-4 PM

Is it safe to buy online from Lifestyle Furniture?

If I am located outside of your delivery zone, will you deliver for a fee?
We only have delivery within 70 miles around Fresno, CA. If you are outside this mile range we will not deliver. You can always pick up your order for FREE.

How much is delivery?
Delivery is determined based on distance. Your delivery fee can be seen at checkout.
What shipping options are available?
We offer three different options for you after your order. You can get white glove delivery. The price depends on the distance you live. The second option is you can pick it up at our warehouse for FREE. The third option is to pick up furniture but we can assemble your furniture for you for a $50 fee.
What is white glove delivery?
White glove delivery service is a method of shipping or receiving products that need more attention than regular parcels due to their size, value, or fragility. Our white-glove delivery experts are highly-trained and equipped with the ability to install and assemble your product on-site and use specialized equipment if necessary. It is a stress-free experience where all you have to do is let our workers know where you want your furniture to be.
How to prepare for white-glove furniture delivery?
All you have to worry about is making sure that the spot in your home where you want your new piece of furniture is clean and clear for our workers. They will do all the heavy lifting and assembling for you right on site.
Can I set a specific delivery date and time?
Sure, you can choose the date and delivery time within our warehouse’s working time.
How do you calculate shipping and processing charges?
We calculate shipping and processing charges based upon work hours & mileage.
Will I get a call when my furniture is going to be delivered?
Yes, the delivery drivers will call you at least 30 mins to 1 hr before arriving at your home.
If I opt to pick up my furniture what will I need to bring with me?
You will have to bring your ID and the receipt to pick up. We will also call you 1 hour before the products are ready to pick up.
What if I am unable to be home during the scheduled time of delivery?
If you are unable to be home during delivery we advise you to call ahead of time to let us know & be approved for delivery in your absence. The reason is we do not want your furniture to be delivered to the wrong person.
Do you remove old furniture?
We do not remove old furniture for you. We do take old mattresses from you ONLY if you buy a mattress from us. We will not remove an old mattress if you bought a sofa.
What if my furniture is damaged during delivery?
We always check the product before shipping. If the product is damaged during shipping, we will exchange another product for you.
What if the price changes after I make a purchase?
If you bought something from Lifestyle Furniture within the past 30 days and it is now listed at a lower price, let us know. Send your price adjustment request, please call Customer Care at 559-228-0212 or message us. We will then review and verify the price adjustment request. Lifestyle Furniture has the final decision for matching an online price.
- The item must be identical, (e.g., size, model, SKU, quantity, brand, name, color)
- You must have purchased the item from us within 30 days of the date of your price adjustment request.
- The offer must be valid on the item that you purchased.
- We don’t provide price adjustments for:
- Bundle offers, rebates, mail-in offers, offers that include financing
- Prices that require a minimum quantity purchase
- Items that are listed as clearance, closeout, liquidation, special hour/flash/limited quantity offers
- Damaged, used, or refurbished items
- Price errors
- Prices as a result of pickup discounts
- Black Friday, Cyber Week, and any special/holiday promotions are excluded
Do you have financing?

Can I return or exchange an item?
Lifestyle Furniture has a no cancellation no refund policy. All Exchanges and Cancellations are subject to manager approvals. You will be charged a 20% restocking fee on all regular stock furniture returns. Returns on Special Order items are limited to transit damage or manufacturer defect only. Special Order returns due to customer preference, no-fits, or any other reason are not accepted. Lifestyle Furniture does not accept returns on mattresses, box springs, pillows, comforter sets, or other bedding products. Lifestyle Furniture reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer.
If returned items need to be picked up from your home, you will be charged a pickup fee. Your initial delivery fee is not refundable. Prices paid at the time of purchase are final. Refunds on purchases made by cash or check will be refunded by mailed check after ten (10) business days of receipt of returned merchandise. Refunds by credit card will be posted to your account within three (3) business days. If you desire to reselect different furniture, you must go to our showroom at 21 E Shaw Ave, Fresno, CA 93710 within three (3) days of purchase. Re selections on regular stock items for greater or equal value require a 15% restocking fee plus an additional re-delivery fee. Re selections on regular stock items for lesser value require a 10% restocking fee plus an additional re-delivery fee.

Do you have warranties on the furniture?
Lifestyle furniture does offer a 1-year warranty.
How do the warranties work?
After purchasing from lifestyle furniture you will have a 1-year warranty that provides labor & repair, but not transportation. So if something happens with your furniture within that time frame you will need to bring it to us in order for us to help you out with your furniture.
