Lifestyle Furniture offers protection plans for unexpected life events.
When does my coverage begin?
Coverage begins the delay your applicable furniture is delivered to you.
Your product also contains a manufacturer warranty, where coverage for product defects, mechanical defects, or electrical failures that may cover first before the warranty expires. Your protection plan will list the specific coverage after warranty expiration.
How do I submit my claim?
You can submit your complain to your protection plan (Guardsman or Uniters on their app, website, or call the listed phone number in your protection plan.
Please Note - your sales invoice from Lifestyle Furniture, and photos of the furniture will be required for your claim.
Is there a deductible?
No Deductible for your claim.
Can you cancel my plan?
After Delivery, you cannot cancel your protection plan with the provider.
What does my protection plan cover?
Please see Guardsman Coverage below as of 2/15/20. Please read your plan carefully as things may change depending on your date of purchase.
If I move, is my coverage still valid?
The Guardsman plan is valid throughout the United States and Canada as the original owner of the furniture. The warranty is non-transferable. Shipping and moving damage is not covered.
Where can I locate the Do Not Remove Tag or Serial Number?
It is most common under footrests on reclining units or under removable seat cushions. Some larger upholstered furniture may have it underneath on the bottom.
